What counts as a vehicle
A vehicle is an active e-moped or e-bike you operate in RideControl. You can run mixed manufacturers and tracker models side by side. Vehicles parked for winter can be set inactive, so the monthly licence follows what you actually run. Users, couriers, mechanics, hub leads and partner staff do not count as seats.
- Vehicles are the licence unit; users are unlimited.
- Inactive vehicles can be parked for the winter.
- Batteries, chargers, racks and keyfobs are managed as assets, not extra seats.
- The Scale plan is €1.90 per vehicle per month with a €300 monthly minimum.
What is included
Start covers fleet, service flow and Zone Guard for one country. Growth adds trips insights, BI, read-only API access and multi-hub permissions. Scale adds full read/write API, webhooks and custom delivery-platform integrations. Enterprise adds white-label panel and domains, contractual SLA and uptime targets, EU hosting, DPA and security review, with optional field operations through RideCare.
- CSV import and data export are available from Start.
- All plans include unlimited users.
- Servicing, repairs and battery logistics can be run with RideCare on the same software.

Seasonal or parked vehicles can be marked inactive so you pay for what you run.
